All I can say is that these guys are awesome. Had my DD214 within 5 days. I even had a issue with my last name, so we went back and forth with couple emails and suddenly my DD214 was in my email. No issues, really good people to work with. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this easy!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

My DD 214 was prepared fifty-five (55) years ago. When the retirement team told me that I needed to have "member 2 or 4 copy" as opposed to copy 1, I was concerned. This company is awesome! After seeing how long the process would be to get my husband's DD214 I had to search for an alternative. I google searched how to get the document fast and came across something saying you can use a research company. I came across this company who had nothing but positive reviews. After submitting the request the night before they sent me an email that morning. This was yesterday. We have an electronic copy of the DD214 today! They will be mailing out hard copies also. I am retiring soon, needing certain files of my military separation papers not given at discharge. The official gov't site is super backed up so I thought I would try Aardvark Research. If you are at your wits end trying to find military info for a relative this is who you work with. My aunt sent me to Aardvark and with very little info they found what we needed.There was a fire at the national records facility in the 70’s and of course my dads record were among those lost . That’s why no one could find anything on him in 2022 when he passed on September 7th. Aardvark not only got to the bottom of it they had me a new certificate in about 5 minutes.THANK YOU Aardvark!!!! So this company is absolutely amazing. I needed my dd214. For some reason when I got out of the airforce i was never given one so for almost 10 years I didn't have it. I was given a recommendation to this cpamy by the national archive itself so that's how I heard about them. I called them on a Tuesday or Wednesday and by that Friday they had retrieved my dd214 for me. Now I can apply for VA benefits and do things I wasn't able to because I didn't have my dd214 all this time I've been out of the military. I know my situation might be different from others but I think if it's your dd214 they do work faster than what they say on the website.

My dad passed in 2013 and his wishes were to be cremated. It's been 9 years and we decided to rest his ashes in a beautiful spot next to his siblings. Dad served in the Navy at the tail end of WW 2. We found that he was eligible for a military marker. We couldn't find his discharge papers and we needed information to complete the application form 40-1330. It's been 75 years and we know dad would have put it in a safe place but where!? Googling we found Aardvark Research Group. The reviews were helpful and we decided to use their expedited service! The result of using Aardvark Research Group has been a giant load off my shoulders. Due to the National Madness, it was not easy and it took them some effort but Aardvark came through for me!!!! I was super pleased with their help and rapid communication with me. Not once did it take them more than about 18 hours (at the longest!) to respond and most responses were a LOT faster than that! Pro tip: it may take a couple of days for them to generate the order after you have paid so don't start counting until about 3 or 4 work days after your order. The Mort side of the VA doesnt talk to the medical side...needed to get a copy of my DD214 it likely was in some folder in some box in one of the places in the house...I needed a copy in a timely way easy.
