Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Aardvark Research. Pricing Errors and Cancellation Policy

While Aardvark Research strives to provide accurate service and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that our service is mispriced or misrepresented, Aardvark Research may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order because we are unable to process your request, we will give you a full refund. Customers can cancel their orders by sending us an email or text message. Orders cancelled within 2 hours will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled more than 2 hours after they were placed, will be refunded in full minus our $40 processing fee. If we search for your record but are unable to access it, whatever the reason, we will provide a full refund, minus our $40 fee. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Photocopy Quality

While Aardvark Research strives to provide the highest quality photocopies possible, from time to time, due to circumstances out of our control, there may be certain imperfections in the photocopies we provide. These imperfections may come in the form of: black marks, grey haze, cut-off corners, faint text, blurry images, tight margins, etc. Aardvark Research uses the photocopy machines provided by the facilities from which we obtain the documents. Aardvark Research has not control over the condition, maintenance, and reproduction quality of these machines. In the event of such an occurrence, Aardvark Research will do its best to notify the client of poor quality, and provide them with any and all options. Aardvark Research will do everything within our power to provide the best reproductions possible.

General

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Aardvark Research to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Aardvark Research’s’ rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Missouri law as such law applies to agreements between Missouri residents entered into and to be performed within Missouri. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Missouri.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Aardvark Research harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Aardvark Research. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this site. Aardvark Research also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if in Aardvark Research’s’ sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Aardvark Research. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this site.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL Aardvark Research OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES: EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, VENDORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE Aardvark Research WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF Aardvark Research HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL Aardvark Research BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE DURING THE SIX MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.
