Aardvark saved my brother's life. The VA medical center accepted his damaged DD214 for membership a few years ago. However, when he got out of the VA hospital the state VA home would not accept that same damaged copy. I found Aardvark and they were able to get a complete copy in less than 48 hours. My brother was then able to transfer immediately to a wonderful VA home. Without Aardvark he would have had no where to go and no one to care for him after his hospital stay.The Veteran Service Officer requested an "expedited copy for medical reasons" through the VA system and it has still not arrived in over 6 weeks!Thank you, Aardvark. Incredible experience here! I provided as much info on step-father's service during WW-II. I couldn't find his service number but they found his DD-214 equivalent and sent a certified copy within 48 hours! Needed proof of his service during wartime to apply for his widow's financial assistance when she needs assisted care in the future. Recommend this service! It's well worth the $79 cost as it has prepared us to get financial assistance in the future. VA currently takes 6 to 9 months, which could delay his widow's financial assistance by many months. Be prepared for the future and use this service. Very responsive and professional organization!

If you are at your wits end trying to find military info for a relative this is who you work with. My aunt sent me to Aardvark and with very little info they found what we needed.There was a fire at the national records facility in the 70’s and of course my dads record were among those lost . So this company is absolutely amazing. I needed my dd214. For some reason when I got out of the airforce i was never given one so for almost 10 years I didn't have it. I was given a recommendation to this cpamy by the national archive itself so that's how I heard about them. I called them on a Tuesday or Wednesday and by that Friday they had retrieved my dd214 for me. Now I can apply for VA benefits and do things I wasn't able to because I didn't have my dd214 all this time I've been out of the military. I know my situation might be different from others but I think if it's your dd214 they do work faster than what they say on the website.

My dad passed in 2013 and his wishes were to be cremated. It's been 9 years and we decided to rest his ashes in a beautiful spot next to his siblings. Dad served in the Navy at the tail end of WW 2. We found that he was eligible for a military marker. We couldn't find his discharge papers and we needed information to complete the application form 40-1330. Due to the National Madness, it was not easy and it took them some effort but Aardvark came through for me!!!! I was super pleased with their help and rapid communication with me. Not once did it take them more than about 18 hours (at the longest!) to respond and most responses were a LOT faster than that! Pro tip: it may take a couple of days for them to generate the order after you have paid so don't start counting until about 3 or 4 work days after your order.
