We are authorized to visit their Research Room and order records in-person. In-person requests are processed as high priority requests, meaning we can get them in days, instead of weeks that it takes for routine requests submitted through their website.</span>

By choosing the name of the funny-looking anteater like creature, the Aardvark, we got to the top of the list, which was in alphabetical order. It was a good, and useful strategy, but because of our success over the years, we have been stuck with the funny name ever since.</span>
